The Ente Autárquico Permanente (EAP) announced on Apr. 9 that, together with the Administrative Digital Directorate and the Operations Division of the Jujuy Police, it has unified the necessary permits for elections of representatives in student establishments across the province. This announcement comes as part of preparations for the 75th edition of the National Student Festival.

According to officials, this measure is intended to simplify procedures for events held both in dance venues and educational institutions. The goal is to make it easier for organizers and participants to comply with regulations during these celebrations.

Key points outlined by authorities include a requirement that schools notify EAP about any planned event at least ten business days in advance. Detailed requirements and relevant forms are available through a link shared on EAP’s official social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook.

Officials say that unifying these criteria will help ensure greater efficiency and safety in organizing student festivities. Organizers can access all necessary documentation through an online folder provided by EAP.

This new process reflects ongoing efforts by provincial agencies to streamline administrative steps while maintaining security standards at large-scale youth events.
