Tieto Indtech has signed a three-year agreement with Bank Norwegian to provide Multichannel services for invoicing and payment integration. The partnership will cover operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and Spain. This move is intended to improve Bank Norwegian’s ability to deliver secure digital services across multiple markets.
The agreement will allow Bank Norwegian to communicate with customers more efficiently while complying with different regulatory environments. Tieto’s services are designed to support both digital and physical document distribution and adapt to local payment systems.
“This agreement represents an important step forward in our partnership with Bank Norwegian. As a trusted partner, we are proud to enforce their digital strategy with scalable, modern solutions that adapt to local market needs. Our Multichannel service ensures secure and efficient handling of customer communications and invoicing tailored to each region,” says Johan Enger Nygaard, Managing Director, Tieto Indtech.
The integration with national payment platforms and digital mailboxes is expected to give Bank Norwegian greater flexibility in how it manages invoicing for its customers. This should help streamline operations and reduce operational costs.
“Tieto has been a trusted partner for many years. This new agreement enables us to deliver tailored secure and high-quality customer communication across all our markets in a cost-efficient way”, says Andreas S. Pedersen, Branch Head of Tech, Projects and Product Development, Bank Norwegian.
