The SecretarÃa de Cultura announced on March 9 that it is inviting musicians and stage projects specializing in jazz and related genres to participate in the annual programming of the Macedonio Jazz Musical Cycle, which will take place at Casa Macedonio Graz.
The call is open to music and dance projects in genres such as jazz, blues, rhythm and blues, funk, soul, gospel, and swing. These submissions will be considered for inclusion in the 2026 edition of the cycle, scheduled to begin in April.
Proposals can be submitted online from March 9 to March 27, 2026. Interested applicants are required to complete their submissions through an online form available at https://forms.gle/4cab9fcnJdebFHcB9.
According to the SecretarÃa de Cultura, the Macedonio Jazz Musical Cycle aims to promote and support the development of these musical genres within Jujuy province by organizing concerts at Casa Macedonio Graz. The venue is described as a space with significant heritage, cultural, and social value.
The initiative seeks to strengthen local musical production, encourage new artistic proposals, and highlight the province’s cultural heritage through concerts and gatherings that bring these musical expressions closer to the public.
