The Ministry of Education and the Municipality of Pampa Blanca have signed an agreement to establish a new branch of the Instituto de Educación Superior N.º 11. The extension will offer a Higher Technician degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, starting in the 2026 academic year.

The agreement was formalized at the Ministry of Education complex during a meeting attended by Minister Miriam Serrano and Mayor Bruno Gastón Monzón. Both parties emphasized their joint decision to expand higher education opportunities in rural areas, aiming to strengthen ties between technical training and local economic needs.

Minister Serrano stated, “The agreement reaffirms the commitment of the Ministry of Education to strengthening higher education throughout the province, promoting equal opportunities and local development through technical training.”

Under this partnership, the Directorate of Higher Education will ensure that courses are conducted according to current regulations. Faculty appointments will be made based on merit, and institutional support will be provided for the new academic facility in Pampa Blanca.

The municipality has committed to providing operational and logistical support for these activities. This includes supplying administrative staff, cleaning personnel, and necessary materials for proper functioning.
