The Minister of Education, Daniela Teseira, met with Isolda Calsina, the Minister of Strategic Planning and Modernization, to enhance institutional capacities in administrative management.

During the meeting, both ministries set a joint agenda that includes launching training sessions for the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System (GDE). These sessions will be led by technical experts from the Ministry of Modernization.

The first phase of training is aimed at staff from the Provincial Directorate of Administration (DPA) and will later expand to other departments.

The GDE system is an IT platform designed to manage public administration records and proceedings in an integrated way. Its goal is to improve transparency, efficiency, and speed in all administrative processes.

Minister Teseira stated that this collaborative effort supports “the decision to move toward a more modern, agile and efficient state that supports and strengthens educational management.”

“From this administration we aim to shorten administrative times and GDE may be the solution to this problem,” she said.
