The Minister of Education, Miriam Serrano, attended the ExpoEducativa for Education in Contexts of Confinement, which took place on Friday at the Centro de Arte Joven Andino (C.A.J.A.).
Serrano toured various stands with Carla Torcolletti, head of the program. They spoke with teachers and technical teams who shared their experiences, achievements, and future projects at each institution.
A mobile mural was presented as part of an artistic project from Penitentiary Establishment No. 7 in Alto Comedero. The students collaborated with the Artistic Education program to represent education as a tool for change.
Projects under the āRenovando EnergĆasā program were also exhibited. Students developed proposals related to energy efficiency and environmental care.
In addition to artistic and environmental displays, there were presentations on progress in primary completion programs, secondary education, and the Professional Training Center. The center offers 27 technical and professional training options, including workshops in physical education, art, English, music, among others.
Each initiative highlighted collaboration with the Secretariat of Culture, Secretariat of Energy, Ministry of Security, and Coordination of Healthy School Environments within the Directorate for Comprehensive Educational Support. These partnerships aim to promote inclusion and education in diverse contexts.
Miriam Serrano stated: “In each proposal we highlighted coordination with the Secretariat of Culture, Secretariat of Energy, Ministry of Security and Coordination of Healthy School Environments within the Directorate for Comprehensive Educational Support to promote inclusion and education in diverse contexts.”
