The family of police officer Marisol Rocha called on April 8 for blood donors to help her recovery, after she was critically injured in a traffic incident on National Route 9.

Rocha remains hospitalized in serious condition at Pablo Soria Hospital. Relatives, friends, and the provincial police have made an urgent appeal for blood donations of any type or factor to support her treatment. Those willing to donate can visit the hospital at Güemes 1345 in San Salvador de Jujuy on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon. For more information, a contact number has been provided: 3884567154.

The case has caused concern among residents of Jujuy. The family said Rocha is still in critical condition and raised concerns about the pace of the investigation into the incident. According to their lawyer, they are working to access judicial records and gather evidence that could clarify how the event occurred.

Last Monday, relatives and supporters held a march outside Government House demanding justice and raising awareness about Rocha’s situation as her health remains uncertain.

Rocha’s family said that her recovery is now their main priority. In addition to requesting blood donations, they also asked community members to join them in prayer during this difficult time. “Today we need everyone,” they said.
