Relatives and friends of Solana Albornoz, who died alongside Mariano Robles during the recent storm in Tucumán, asked for public assistance on April 9 to recover personal items that went missing after their vehicle was found.
The appeal concerns an iPhone 13 Pro Max and three rings with significant sentimental value, which belonged to Albornoz. Family members said these belongings were inside the car when it was located by rescue teams but were not returned or listed among officially recovered items.
To address this situation, the family has launched a campaign to locate the missing objects and requested help from anyone who may have information about their whereabouts. The loss has added distress for those close to Albornoz as they seek closure following the tragedy.
Robles, aged 28, and Albornoz, aged 32, were found dead after a severe storm struck Tucumán over the long Easter weekend. The couple had last been in contact around 9 p.m. while waiting out heavy rain inside their white Nissan Versa after attending a wedding in Tafí Viejo. When they did not return home as expected, relatives filed a missing persons report that led to an extensive search effort.
Their vehicle was eventually discovered overturned in an irrigation canal in Nueva Italia neighborhood, approximately 400 meters from Route 9. The incident has drawn attention both for its tragic outcome and for ongoing efforts by loved ones to retrieve important personal effects.
