On October 27, the fifth session of the “Clínica Supervisiva” work group took place as part of the Project for Supporting Supervisors of Mandatory Education Levels. This initiative was organized throughout the year by the Technical Pedagogical Team from the Secretariat of Educational Management. The goal is to strengthen institutional management processes across different educational regions in Jujuy province.

The event aims to reinforce and enhance actions that contribute to ongoing improvement. It encourages joint work sessions that allow for consensus-based decision-making, shared reflection, and collective construction within a framework of respect, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

These work groups serve as spaces for coordination and participation where various stakeholders in the education system come together with diverse interests, perspectives, and experiences. Through a series of planned meetings, participants have had opportunities to discuss, exchange viewpoints, debate, and analyze topics related to supervisory roles with an eye toward their ongoing review, strengthening, and updating.

According to organizers: “The ‘Clínica Supervisiva’ has been established as a technical-pedagogical support tool that recognizes the role of educational supervision as key in supporting school leadership teams and teachers. It guides their practices towards continuous improvement, informed pedagogical decision-making, and ongoing professional development.”
