Governor Carlos Sadir visited Escuela 236 in Perico, which serves as a technology hub for the Provincial Education Network, according to an April 7 announcement. During his visit, he also toured the Data Center and discussed the current reach of the network.

Sadir said that more than 95% of schools across the territory are already connected through this initiative. He stated that “this semester, 100% connectivity will be achieved in all public schools,” describing it as part of “an infrastructure designed to eliminate all geographic barriers and guarantee connection throughout the territory.”

The governor highlighted the monitoring system provided by the Data Center. He said it “allows for constant evaluation of connectivity in each school, detects failures instantly and ensures none are left without service.” The system also optimizes data usage and enables real-time control over accessible content.

Looking ahead, Sadir announced plans to expand this connectivity system to include security and health sectors.
