Jujuy Energía y Minería Sociedad del Estado (JEMSE) has entered into a technical collaboration agreement with American Minerals. The partnership aims to deepen geological knowledge in the province of Jujuy and assess the potential for new resources that are essential for future technologies.

The agreement was formalized with the participation of the Minister of Mining, highlighting the government’s role in ensuring that this research phase is conducted with a balance between productive growth for Jujuy and environmental preservation.

According to JEMSE, the involvement of American Minerals marks an important development for the province. The company’s decision to invest resources and technology in Jujuy is seen as a sign of confidence in local legal security and mining potential. The alliance is expected to have an economic impact beyond the region, placing Jujuy on the global investment map and creating new employment opportunities.

“With this step, JEMSE reaffirms its commitment to working with a modern vision, valuing local resources under strict regulations and focusing on sustained provincial growth,” stated company representatives.
