Jujuy awards school renovation contracts under international public tender

The Ministry of Education of Jujuy has announced the results of International Public Tender No. 1/2025 for construction works in educational institutions across the province. The tender, part of the PROMACE program and financed by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE), aims to improve school infrastructure in several locations.

According to Resolution No. 9063-E-2025, three separate contracts were awarded for comprehensive renovation and expansion projects at different schools. Lot 1 was awarded to CULTIVAR S.R.L., which will carry out work at School No. 444 “Abanderada de la Patria” and Kindergarten No. 3 in San Salvador de Jujuy, with a contract value of $597,974,451.28.

Lot 2 was awarded to VALICA S.R.L., covering renovation at School No. 335 “Naciones Unidas” in San Salvador de Jujuy, for $491,440,346.88. The same company also received Lot 3 for intervention at School No. 252 “Provincia de Salta” in Los Lapachos, Department El Carmen, with a contract amounting to $543,364,953.69.

“The publication of these results reaffirms the commitment to transparency in public procurement processes and the progress of PROMACE, a fundamental project for improving educational infrastructure in the province of Jujuy,” stated officials from the Ministry.
