The Ministry of Education of Jujuy announced on April 8 that the province has regularized more than 90 percent of the procedures for obtaining national validity for degrees in teacher training and higher technical education, according to the Directorate of Degrees.

This step is significant because obtaining national recognition for teaching and higher technical degrees allows educational institutions to begin entering qualifications into the SisFet Web system. This process will help advance the issuance of digital diplomas across Jujuy.

Officials from the Directorate of Degrees said these results are due to coordinated work with both the Directorate of Higher Education and Institutes of Higher Education, as well as efforts to modernize the education system through progressive implementation of digital certification.

“The Ministry of Education thus reaffirms its commitment to a modern, transparent public administration focused on graduates, consolidating a degree certification system that guarantees effective access to educational rights throughout the province,” according to a statement from ministry officials.

The move toward digitization and broader recognition aims to ensure that students in Jujuy can benefit from improved access and mobility within Argentina’s education system.
