Jujuy participated in the 12th edition of the “Noche de las Casas de Provincia” event, held in Buenos Aires. Federico Posadas, Minister of Culture and Tourism for Jujuy, was present at the province’s official headquarters in the city during the event.
The event was organized by the Federal Council of Official Representations (CONFEDRO) and the Buenos Aires city government. Its aim was to promote cultural, tourism, and production offerings from various provinces across Argentina. Jujuy was part of Circuit 2 on the itinerary, along with Chubut, Misiones, Salta, San Juan, and Entre Ríos.
Activities took place from 6 p.m. until midnight. Posadas oversaw tourism promotion efforts aimed at attracting visitors from Buenos Aires ahead of the summer season. The program included food tastings and live music performances. Tomás Lipán performed on the main stage at Jujuy’s venue.
“It is a key moment for direct engagement with potential tourists and an opportunity to showcase our province’s productive diversity in central Buenos Aires,” said Posadas about Jujuy’s participation.
The event received support from the Federal Investment Council (CFI). Increased foot traffic led to road closures in downtown Buenos Aires to facilitate movement between provincial venues.
