Wineries and tourism operators from across Argentina will gather in Córdoba for the fifth edition of the National Wine Tourism Conference, taking place on October 30 and 31. The event aims to strengthen wine tourism in the country by offering training sessions, experience exchanges, and a wine fair.
Jujuy province will participate by presenting a selection of its high-altitude wines at the Federal Wine Fair on October 30. Each participating region will showcase its own wine tourism offerings during this closing event of the first day.
The conference is organized by several national and regional entities: “The event is organized by the Secretaría de Turismo de Nación, Agencia Córdoba Turismo, COVIAR and Cámara Argentina de Turismo, with support from Consejo Federal de Turismo and Instituto Nacional de Promoción Turística (INPROTUR).” Participation is open to all interested parties at no cost. The agenda includes panels, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to facilitate commercial connections between producers and operators.
Jujuy’s goal at the conference is to highlight both its valleys and high-altitude wine production while linking local viticulture with provincial tourist routes. Organizers see this as an opportunity for Jujuy to gain visibility in a market that brings together landscape, culture, and gastronomy.
The event will be held at Complejo Ferial Córdoba on Avenida Ramón Cárcano. Registration can be completed online via a provided form. For more information or questions, participants are encouraged to contact desarrolloturistico@turismo.gob.ar.
