The Department of Mental Health announced on April 10 that it will hold a series of workshops focused on emotional wellbeing for the community, starting Wednesday, April 15. The first session, titled “Between what I must do and what I need: learning to manage guilt,” will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Tourism Directorate building at Necochea No. 565. In the afternoon, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., the topic “Looking at our relationships” will be addressed at the Engineers’ College located at Belgrano No. 996.

According to municipal officials, these spaces are designed for participants to reflect on daily demands and self-care, with an emphasis on analyzing and strengthening personal relationships.

The workshops are scheduled for every third Wednesday of each month through December and are open to all members of the public. Organizers say they aim to provide practical tools for personal development and overall health.

Both activities are free but have limited spots available. For more information, interested individuals can visit the office at Jorge Newbery No. 996 corner Dorrego between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., or call (388)5937187.
