Daniela Teseira, the Minister of Education, visited the Secretariat of Socio-Educational Policies and the Center for Educational Innovation on Wednesday. During her visit, she toured the facilities and learned about the activities taking place in these departments.
Teseira was accompanied by ministerial advisor Marcela Gámez. She spoke with staff members, technical teams, and pedagogical teams to inform them about the guidelines of the new administration. The minister also sought to reassure employees about the continuity of their positions.
The current phase includes a comprehensive plan to reorganize administrative areas as a key tool for improving educational services. This plan involves redistributing tasks and providing training in specific areas based on each department’s needs.
“Les pido que me acompañen en esta transición. Se vienen muchos cambios para fortalecer lo pedagógico y lo estructural del Ministerio, con foco en la inclusión, la alfabetización y la educación socioemocional, para mejorar la calidad educativa,” said Teseira.
Teseira also emphasized that these actions are intended to optimize human resources and streamline internal processes, strengthening teamwork and educational management throughout the province.
