The Ministry of Education, with coordination from the Secretariat of Strategic Planning and the Ministry of Strategic Planning and Modernization, held a working session on April 11 aimed at improving efficiency within the education sector as part of the Provincial Public Management Program.
This collaboration is seen as an important step toward streamlining administrative processes and enhancing strategic planning in public services. The initiative brings together technical teams from different ministries to focus on better coordination and results-driven management.
Minister Daniela Teseira said, “este proceso impulsa una gestión prospectiva, articulada y orientada a una planificación a corto y mediano plazo.” Teseira also highlighted the commitment shown by all involved teams during this process.
The meeting was attended by Natalia Quiroga, Secretary of Strategic Planning; Carolina Requelme from Educational Management; and Daniela Galián, Director of Planning, Information and Educational Evaluation. Their participation underscores the multi-level approach being taken to address organizational challenges within public administration.
By fostering joint efforts between key departments, officials hope to lay groundwork for more effective educational policies in the near future. This approach is expected to help align short- and medium-term goals across government sectors.
