The Ministry of Education, through its Technical Pedagogical Team from the Continuous Training Unit for Offering Institutions, in collaboration with the Provincial Directorate of Relations with Civil Society, held a technical and administrative advisory session. The event was aimed at organizations interested in becoming legal entities and obtaining authorization as Private Offering Institutions (IPOF) of the Ministry, provided their goal is to offer teacher training.
Natalia GarcĆa Goyena, Secretary of Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Education, participated in the meeting. She stated: “It is important to strengthen ties with organizations and support them in meeting regulatory and pedagogical requirements for their official recognition as providers of teacher training.”
The session aimed to explain regulatory requirements for forming simple societies, guide participants on necessary documentation for applying for authorization from the Ministry, and provide personalized advice regarding their legal and pedagogical framework.
During the event, organizers detailed the IPOF authorization process according to Resolution No. 4642-E-24, which sets current regulations for private offering institutions.
Presentations addressed legal and administrative aspects involved in forming simple societies as well as pedagogical considerations needed to obtain authorization.
Organizations, associations, and groups that either already have legal status or are seeking it participated in order to offer teacher training recognized by the Ministry.
The technical team outlined timelines and stages involved in the authorization processāfrom submitting documents at reception desks to evaluation and issuance of authorization resolutions expected by year-end.
Participants had an opportunity during a Q&A session to raise specific questions and expressed appreciation for the clarity of guidance provided.
