The Ministry of Education has completed the third and final allocation of “moments” for secondary school admission in institutions with more applicants than available places. This process, which determines entry into the first year of secondary education for the 2026 academic cycle, concluded on December 10 at INPROJUY.

The procedure was overseen by government notary MarĆa Laura Corimayo and attended by Pablo Campos, Director of Secondary Education, and MartĆn Miranda, Director of Systems.

A total of 1,014 students pre-registered during this phase. The assignment involved ten educational institutions. The allocation process is based on how close each student’s pre-registration date and time is to a randomly assigned “moment” (including day, hour, minute, and second) for each school.

According to the Ministry’s statement: “Las vacantes asignadas segĆŗn la cercanĆa del dĆa y horario de preinscripción de cada estudiante con el ‘momento’ (dĆa, hora, minutos y segundos) asignado a cada escuela, se conocerĆ” el dĆa 12 de diciembre, mediante la publicación de listados en la pĆ”gina web oficial educacion.jujuy.edu.ar.”

The Ministry also emphasized its commitment to ensuring all students in the province have access to a place in secondary education: “Cabe destacar que el Ministerio de Educación garantiza que todos los estudiantes de la provincia tengan un banco disponible para continuar sus trayectorias educativas.”

The lists showing which students have been allocated places will be published on December 12 on the official website.
