The Ministry of Education, through the Directorate of Community Education under the Secretariat of Socio-Educational Policies, organized a new edition of the Plaza Comunitaria at Multiespacio Gral. Arias.
More than 120 people participated in the event, including families, children, youth, seniors, and students from Escuela Escolástico Zegada. The initiative aimed to foster community integration through a sensory circuit that combined literacy activities, play, and emotional education. Educators from various programs—Health Education, Environmental Education, Community Art, Interculturality, School Support, and Early Childhood—led activities designed to help participants discover new skills, create together, and share experiences.
A representative from the Directorate of Community Education said: “These initiatives allow us to deepen territorial work and sustain an educational proposal focused on support, collective commitment and participation from all voices.”
