The Ministry of Education has started a new training course focused on gluten-free cooking for instructors and teachers from vocational training institutions in the province. The program began on December 6 at the Centro de Formación Profesional No. 1, located in the Mariano Moreno neighborhood of San Salvador de Jujuy.

According to the Ministry, this course aims to strengthen knowledge related to gluten-free food preparation within the framework of food safety. The training provides both conceptual and practical tools about the importance of gluten-free cooking, responding to a growing social and health demand. It also seeks to promote quality standards in teaching within vocational education offerings.

The initiative is carried out in coordination with the Directorate of Technical Vocational Education. The Ministry stated, “This reaffirms our commitment to relevant, updated training that meets the needs of both the productive system and the community.”

The launch of this program is seen as progress in keeping educational professionals up-to-date and contributes to ongoing improvements in vocational training proposals across the province.
