The Ministry of Education, through its Secretariat for Strategic Educational Planning, held a workshop called “Planificación 2026” with ministerial technical teams. The purpose of the meeting was to address issues within educational institutions as part of the process to develop the province’s education plan for 2026-2030.
This planning effort aims to ensure that all students in the province have access to continuous and equitable learning opportunities based on quality and inclusive education standards.
At the beginning of the workshop, Minister Miriam Serrano stated, “We are closing a year that was very challenging for education, since with very few resources we were able to achieve great results, not only in literacy but also by revaluing the role of principals and supervisors as a bridge between the ministry and schools, involving families and the entire community through the support of municipalities focused on literacy.”
Serrano added, “In this way, we must think about an educational policy oriented toward having strategic guidelines and actions looking at education in 2030 according to the intervention of artificial intelligence and new demands for job skills that our students need, which allows us to position ourselves from a school grounded in the present but also oriented toward that future Jujuy needs.”
The event took place at the Ministry Complex. It included participation from Natalia GarcÃa Goyena, Secretary for Strategic Educational Planning; Marcela Gámez, Director of Planning, Information and Educational Evaluation; as well as technical teams from various ministerial departments.
