The Ministry of Education announced on April 10 that it conducted training and support sessions in March for educational institutions to update data in the SINIDE-SGE system. The sessions aimed to finalize the academic year 2025 and update initial enrollment information for the period of 2026.
According to the ministry, these training sessions are important because they help ensure accurate and timely data entry, which supports educational planning and decision-making across the province.
The training took place on Wednesdays and Fridays in double shifts at the Ministry of Education Complex. A total of 224 educational institutions from all mandatory education levels participated. The technical team from the Information Systems area worked individually with schools that had not yet completed their records for 2025, aiming to regularize their status and enable them to begin preparations for the next academic cycle. All assisted institutions were able to complete both processes.
The ministry said that a practical approach was used during these trainings, which encouraged meaningful learning and greater independence in using the system. Ongoing support will continue throughout the year so that institutions can resolve any future issues.
Officials described these actions as highly satisfactory, stating they have strengthened direct communication channels between schools and technical teams who remain available for further questions or problems. They also highlighted that such initiatives help improve data quality within management systems, thereby strengthening planning, monitoring, and decision-making within provincial education.
