The Ministry of Education, through the Directorate of Planning, Information and Educational Evaluation under the Secretariat of Strategic Planning, has conducted data update sessions for the provincial registry of educational institutions. This initiative followed previous processes related to the renewal and assignment of management positions.
The sessions took place at the Ministry of Education Complex from February 23 to 27. A dedicated in-person service area was set up for newly appointed directors from Initial, Primary, and Secondary level institutions, as well as rectors from Higher Education Institutes. The technical team from the Information Systems area led the operation.
A total of seventy directors from various levels participated in these sessions. They were able to update their institutional information and process their Unique Establishment Code (CUE) certificate, which is essential for proper identification and administrative functioning within both provincial and national education systems.
The Ministry stated: “These actions seek to optimize the quality and consistency of information recorded in different management systems, strengthening planning, monitoring, and decision-making in the educational field.”
It was also announced that support will continue to be provided for administrative processes related to updating institutional data.
