Ministry opens bids for renovation and expansion at School No. 383 in Rodeíto

The Ministry of Education held the opening of bids for the Price Contest No. 7/2025, which aims to carry out the expansion and comprehensive renovation of School No. 383 “Fray Mamerto Esquiú” in Rodeíto, San Pedro department.

This project is part of the Program for Improvement of Access and Educational Quality (PROMACE), which continues to promote strategic building interventions to ensure adequate, safe, and modern spaces for educational communities in Jujuy.

The process included participation from notary Valeria Carolina Singh; Secretary of Educational Infrastructure Matías Torcivia; Secretary of Strategic Programs and Projects from the Ministry of Finance Eugenia Martínez Alvarado; and coordinator of the BCIE–SIE Program Sebastián Farfán. Representatives from bidding companies also attended and submitted the required technical and administrative documentation.

The planned work at School No. 383 includes comprehensive infrastructure improvements, expansion of teaching spaces, optimization of facilities, and upgrading the school building. These changes are intended to address increased enrollment and meet community needs.

At the end of the event, Matías Torcivia stated: “Each opening of bids means a concrete step toward better schools. The intervention at School No. 383 is fundamental for Rodeíto: it will provide more dignified, safe, and functional spaces, strengthening the educational quality we want for the entire province.”
