Pampa Blanca has officially launched the 2025 Didactic Seminars, a teacher training initiative aimed at improving reading and writing instruction in local schools. The program is part of the Literacy Municipalities Commitment.

Mayor Bruno Monzón provided all necessary resources to support this initiative, which will be delivered by the jurisdictional team of the Literacy Plan using a hybrid format. The training includes two in-person sessions and asynchronous activities through the Plan’s online platform, allowing for broader participation among teachers and ensuring ongoing access to quality professional development.

The goal of the seminars is to strengthen teaching skills related to early literacy and to establish more effective classroom practices in the region.

With this action, Pampa Blanca joins efforts to improve literacy processes throughout Jujuy province, reinforcing literacy as a key educational policy promoted by the Ministry of Education.
