Perico is set to host “Perico Fashion 2025,” an event scheduled for Saturday, November 8, at Plaza San Martín. The event aims to transform the plaza into a large open-air runway, showcasing local and regional design, art, and entrepreneurship. Entry to the event is free.
A press conference was held with the participation of Martín Llanos, Secretary of Production and Industry; Mariana Tarraga, creative director of MR Sastrería; Silvina Rodríguez, president of the Council of Entrepreneurs; designer Nuar Jamarlli; and model Fernanda Soto. They emphasized the importance of the event as a platform for promoting talent from Jujuy.
“Perico Fashion” seeks to establish Perico as a key location for fashion in the province by providing space for designers, artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs to present their work to a wide audience. The initiative also aims to support the local economy by involving sectors such as hospitality and gastronomy, which will offer special options for visitors during the event.
The program will feature runways and artistic interventions designed to highlight regional creativity. Organizers hope that this first edition will become a permanent fixture on the provincial cultural calendar.
Authorities and organizers have invited both local residents and people from across the region to attend “Perico Fashion 2025,” describing it as an opportunity to create new prospects for creative industries in Jujuy.
