Throughout November, primary schools carried out various activities aimed at promoting a culture of care among children. Institutional Pedagogical and Artistic Exhibitions were organized, focusing on literacy, self-care habits, and environmental protection.
At School No. 407 āProf. Pablo Arroyo,ā the exhibition aimed to encourage self-care habits, with particular attention to responsible water use and conservation. This was part of the project āAgua que no has de beber, cuĆdala,ā led by the Coordination of Healthy School Environments under the Directorate of Comprehensive Educational Support (DAIE).
Students from the morning shift actively participated in creating models, informational brochures about hygiene practices such as handwashing and water conservation, educational phrases, and scientific experiments grouped under āScience with Water.ā
School No. 435 āProf. Humberto Justo Agüeroā showcased work focused on literacy, self-care, and environmental protection, coordinated by teachers from special subject areas.
The student projects included activities promoting healthy eating habits, care for their surroundings, responsible water usage, and physical activity through danceāall approached through Art Education, Physical Education, Music, and English classes. Environmental protection initiatives featured artistic crafts using recycled materials in both Art Education and Practical Activities classes. Additionally, literacy actions included an English contest involving students from different grades.
