The Ministry of Human Development announced on March 29 that food units from the “Comer en Casa” program will be distributed directly to families in Humahuaca as part of the Provincial Nutritional Social Plan. The distribution is scheduled for Wednesday, March 31 and Thursday, April 1.
The initiative aims to provide nutritional support to local families through direct delivery of food packages. The operation will take place at the Management Unit located at MarÃa Cardozo street and Pedro Zárate, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to officials.
The technical team from the Provincial Nutritional Social Plan, together with staff from the Management Unit, have organized this effort as part of ongoing social assistance activities.
Officials recommend that recipients bring their national identification document (DNI) when attending the distribution center. People with disabilities are also asked to present their Unique Disability Certificate (C.U.D.).
This delivery is part of broader efforts by provincial authorities to ensure food security for vulnerable populations.
