Rain and storms expected in Jujuy as March ends, forecasts indicate gradual improvement

The National Meteorological Service announced on March 27 that San Salvador de Jujuy will experience unstable weather conditions with a likelihood of rain and storms through the weekend, followed by a gradual improvement at the start of next week.

This forecast is important for residents and visitors who may need to plan activities or travel around changing weather patterns. The expected instability could affect outdoor events and daily routines.

According to the official forecast, Saturday, March 28 is predicted to have temperatures ranging from a low of 18°C to a high of 25°C. There is up to a 40 percent chance of rain and possible storms during the morning hours. Sunday, March 29 will see similar conditions with temperatures between 21°C and 28°C, along with continued precipitation chances near 40 percent.

A change in weather is anticipated beginning Monday, March 31. Minimum temperatures are forecast at about 20°C with highs reaching up to 29°C. The probability of rain decreases later in the day and into the night.

Looking ahead to Tuesday and into April, meteorologists expect more stable conditions for San Salvador de Jujuy. Temperatures are projected to rise further, potentially reaching maximums of around 31°C as good weather returns.
