Silchester International Investors reduces stake in Tietoevry below 15 percent

Tietoevry Corporation announced that Silchester International Investors LLP has reduced its stake in the company to below 15%. According to a notification received by Tietoevry, Silchester now holds 17,754,841 shares, which represents 14.97% of the total shares outstanding.

Silchester manages investments for several commingled funds and has full discretion over these investments, including voting rights. Among these funds, the Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust holds 6.3% of Tietoevry’s shares.

The change in shareholding was triggered on November 24, 2025. Tietoevry currently has a total of 118,640,150 registered shares, each entitling its holder to one vote.

Tietoevry also noted that it has adopted the new brand name “Tieto” as of November 2025. The official change of the parent company’s name from Tietoevry Corporation is pending approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
