Students from the Escuela de Educación Técnica N° 1 “Coronel Manuel Álvarez Prado” in San Pedro de Jujuy are participating in the national round of the Technical Professional Education (ETP) Olympics 2025. The event is taking place at the National Institute of Technological Education (INET) in Buenos Aires.

The students, who specialize in Electromechanical Equipment and Installations, are representing Jujuy province in the Electromechanics discipline alongside finalist teams from other regions of Argentina.

Their participation is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen technical professional education, a process led by the Ministry of Education of Argentina through INET and supported by the Ministry of Education of Jujuy.

According to the Directorate of Technical Professional Education, “the work done by students and teachers was highlighted, as well as the importance of these events for continuing to promote quality technical training in educational institutions across the province.”
