The Galería de la Memoria at the Cabildo Histórico has opened an exhibition dedicated to Florencio Molina Campos, a prominent 20th-century artist known for his depictions of rural Argentina. The exhibition, titled “Molina Campos se presenta en Jujuy,” features works by third-year students from the fifth division of the Public Art specialty at Centro Polivalente de Arte “Prof. Luis Alberto Martínez.” The project was supervised by teacher Andrea Rodríguez Atencio.
The show will be open to visitors until November 17. It aims to connect Molina Campos’s visual world with modern interpretations by young artists from Jujuy, who created pieces using techniques and themes inspired by his work.
According to organizers, the Cabildo Histórico continues to serve as a venue for education and exhibition for new generations of artists. Admission is free for all attendees.
