Tietoevry Corporation announced the repurchase of 50,000 shares on February 17, 2026, at the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 18.7469 euros, with a total cost of 937,345 euros.
Following this transaction, Tietoevry now holds a total of 388,572 shares. The company stated that the buybacks were carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
The transactions were executed by Nordea Bank Oyj on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation. Sami Huttunen and Ilari Isomäki are listed as representatives for the company.
