Tietoevry assigns 111,879 treasury shares to key employees under incentive plans

Tietoevry Corporation announced on March 10 that it has assigned a total of 111,879 treasury shares to 334 key employees as part of the company’s long-term incentive plans. The shares are being distributed as a reward for the earnings period from 2023 to 2025. The share issues were directed based on authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on March 25, 2025.

The company reported that after these transactions and recent share repurchases related to its buyback programme, Tietoevry now holds a total of 1,076,693 own shares.

According to the release, Tietoevry is a software and digital engineering services company with global market reach. It serves customers in various industries through specialized businesses including Tieto Caretech, Tieto Banktech, Tieto Indtech, and Tieto Tech Consulting. The company employs around 14,000 experts in vertical software, design, cloud, and artificial intelligence.

Tietoevry’s annual revenue is approximately EUR 2 billion. Its shares are listed on NASDAQ Helsinki and Stockholm as well as Oslo Børs.
