Tietoevry Corporation announced on February 19, 2026, that it has repurchased 50,000 of its own shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 19.5004 euros, resulting in a total cost of 975,020 euros.
Following this transaction, Tietoevry now holds a total of 488,572 shares, which includes the shares acquired during this latest buyback. The company stated that these share repurchases were conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
