Tietoevry buys back shares worth over €900,000 on Helsinki Stock Exchange

Tietoevry Corporation announced that it repurchased 50,000 of its own shares on March 4, 2026, through the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 18.4988 euros, resulting in a total cost of 924,940 euros for the transaction.

Following this buyback, Tietoevry now holds a total of 1,038,572 shares. The company stated that these repurchases were conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The transactions were carried out on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation by Nordea Bank Oyj. The announcement was signed by Sami Huttunen and Ilari Isomäki.
