Tietoevry buys back shares worth over EUR 1.47 million

Tietoevry Corporation has repurchased 80,000 of its own shares on February 24, 2026, through the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price paid per share was 18.4455 euros, with a total transaction cost of 1,475,640 euros.

Following this latest buyback, Tietoevry now holds a total of 678,572 shares in treasury. The company stated that the repurchases were conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The transactions were carried out by Nordea Bank Oyj on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation. Sami Huttunen and Ilari Isomäki are listed as representatives for these activities.
