Tietoevry Corporation announced the repurchase of 50,000 shares on March 6, 2026, at the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 19.1672 euros, resulting in a total cost of 958,360 euros.

Following this transaction, Tietoevry now holds a total of 1,138,572 shares. The company stated that these buybacks were carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The transactions were executed on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation by Nordea Bank Oyj. Sami Huttunen and Ilari Isomäki are listed as representatives for the company.
