Tietoevry completes share buyback totaling over one million euros

Tietoevry Corporation announced the repurchase of 60,000 of its own shares on February 26, 2026, at an average price of 18.2539 euros per share. The total cost for this transaction was approximately 1,095,234 euros. Following this buyback, Tietoevry now holds a total of 808,572 shares.

The company stated that these share repurchases were carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The transactions were executed on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation by Nordea Bank Oyj. Sami Huttunen and Ilari Isomäki are listed as representatives involved in the process.
