Tietoevry completes share buyback worth €1.26 million on Helsinki Stock Exchange

Tietoevry Corporation announced that it repurchased 70,000 of its own shares on February 25, 2026, through the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 18.0070 euros, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately 1.26 million euros.

Following this buyback, Tietoevry now holds a total of 748,572 shares in treasury. The company stated that these repurchases were conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The transactions were executed on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation by Nordea Bank Oyj.
