Tietoevry completes share repurchase totaling €932K on Helsinki Stock Exchange

Tietoevry Corporation announced the repurchase of 50,000 shares on February 27, 2026, at the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 18.6511 euros, with a total transaction value of 932,555 euros. After this buyback, Tietoevry holds a total of 858,572 shares.

The company stated that these share buybacks were conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) Article 5 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
