Tietoevry Corporation announced on March 10 that it has repurchased 50,000 of its own shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 18.9823 euros, resulting in a total cost of approximately 949,115 euros.
The company now holds a total of 1,126,693 shares following this transaction. The buyback was carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (Market Abuse Regulation) Article 5 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
Nordea Bank Oyj executed the share repurchase on behalf of Tietoevry Corporation. Sami Huttunen and Ilari Isomäki were listed as representatives for the transaction.
